"Ain't it kind of funny how time slips away....♫♫

DO ANY OF YOU FIND THAT TIME SLIPS AWAY MUCH TOO FAST LATELY?  Remember that old song?  Willie Nelson also recorded it in later years.  I don't know where my days go!!  Especially when hubby has treatments, the car had to be fixed, errands to run every day, etc.  When all I really want to do is crafts, painting and blogging-ha!
I finished this little piece of painted Owasco Lake beach glass for my friend young friend, Luke, who found it for me.  I used copper tape to protect the sharp edges and painted in reverse on the back side.  It looked great until I signed the back and as you can see, overnight the ink bled through the paint and now shows on the glass side as a black smudge!  I just finished scraping it off and will start over!!  Paint and learn...
Hubby had a very restless night hardly sleeping at all!  Of course I was awake too and so we did not have a good night.  Sometimes it is like that!  I just finished a very good book, "Pieces of my Sister's Life", by acclaimed author, Louanne Rice.  I found it hard to get into and almost gave it up when suddenly it got very interesting and I could not put it down, finishing it in two days!  The twists and turns in the drama were very surprising right down to the finish.  A good read.
I belong to the Shelfari Book Club on line and I really recommend it highly!  My youngest daughter has just joined, also.  You are able to build your own shelf of what you are reading and pick out books from the endless list of what you would LIKE to read.  It is wonderful for getting previews and reviews of the books before you read them.  It does not cost anything and is a fun place to discuss books with others and meet new friends.  Give it a try if you are an avid reader like all of us are.
The Hummingbird has graced us with his presence already this morning...

Good Morning Kerrie Sweetie...
I am so sorry to hear that Bill had a restless night. You let him know though I was praying for him and so many others last night, so I know our Father was listening.

Oh I love the ship you painted on the glass. How very pretty it is. Just sailing along. Sorry to hear about the signature though. Durn sometimes we just don't get things to look like we want them to.

I hope you have a great day sweetie. I think of you always. Give Isabella a big scratch behind the ears for me. I am sure she is not far from Bill. Give him a hug and tell him that I love him and am praying for a peaceful night tonight.

Many hugs sweetie and so much love, Sherry
