Rebecca and Rachael are Jim's daughters.  They are beautiful.  And of course Rosemary is too and Seth, my only Grandson, so handsome! :)

Rachael and her Grandma, Martha, Jim's Mom  We had a wonderful day.  I was dreading it without my Bill for the first time but we made new memories and as you can see, everyone had a smiley day.  Something interesting happened though, when I turned on the computer yesterday morn, I went to my picture file and all the pictures of Bill in past Thanksgiving came up instead of the whole picture file!  When I told my daughter Barbara about it, she said the same thing happened to her!  So we feel Bill greeted us both :)  Hoping your day was wonderful, too.  Praying for all those who have lost a loved one this year and it is your first big holiday without them, like me.  Wishing you love and peace.

HELLO YOU WONDERFUL BLOGSISTERS!!  I am so happy with all the great responses that I have received answering my question "What is Home To You".  Be sure to read them all to give yourselves a warm fuzzy today!!  I also had a nice surprise this morning.  Chris at http://cbcrafter.blogspot.com/ who makes the most beautiful mosaics, has featured one of my drawings from my Etsy shop on her page!  I was so thrilled.  What a sweet thing to do!  I love all of my blogsisters, you all are like family to me and I was blessed when I became a blogger, too.  Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

What are you doing for Thanksgiving??  We have one daughter living here in SC with her hubby and 2 children.  We all cannot decide whether to go out for Thanksgiving but come back to our house for dessert and coffee because the kids like coming to Grandma's on Holidays.  Or whether to just have it here at Grandma's as always.  I love company and am like my Mom who hardly ever got to sit and eat on holidays because she was so busy making sure everyone else had everything and was comfortable.  There was no taste like her Roasted Turkey and Gravy and no salad dressing like her own home made from Vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and just the tiniest dash of sugar-wonderful!  God Bless you all, have a wonderful day!  ♥ Kerrie
