Serene Sunday...

BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY TO ALL OF YOU!  what a blessing the sunshine is this morning and we are expecting some warmer temps in the lower 60's-yeah!  Hubby had some up time in the night with pain but is better this morning and I am feeling more like my old self after a good night's sleep.  The heart cath is a fading memory now with just a few bruises at the site of entry but no soreness.  God is good, all is right with the world.  The Canadian Geese are pairing up for the spring mating and have been walking along the banks of the little lake in back of the house this morning.  They are very territorial and chase other geese away who dare to approach-ha!  A Chickadee couple has taken up residence in the little pink-roofed house on the Bradford Pear tree and are very busy building the nest.  The Blue Birds have reclaimed the yellow house on the side of the shed and are also busily flying in and out with nesting materials.  The yard is a buzz of renewal with the birds and the spring plants starting to burst forth from the soil.  The rose bush has several inches of bright red growth on the branches and the sweet little pansies have wintered well bobbing their pretty little heads to greet us.  Patches of green grass are beginning to rejuvinate and the promise of Spring bursting forth eternal is in the air!
Asking for prayers for my brother-in-law, Larry, who has been diagnosed with skin cancer on his nose.  He is very frightened, understandably and really needs prayer and support.  He has had a biopsy and skin graft last week and is very anxious.
God Bless you all this beautiful Sunday.  And let us all sing loudly:
"This is the day that the Lord hath made, let us be glad and rejoice in it!
Love, Kerrie
