Material Monday.....

Hello Everyone!!  I was going through my material stash yesterday afternoon and found this cute little Halloween print that I had never used before.  I felt like creating a creature and so I made this little Teddy Bear.  I was happy with the way he came out, so of course I wanted to share with you.  He is one of the items that we are taking to the craft show in October.  He is 11 inches tall.  The pattern I used was really for a bean bag but I stuffed my Spooky Bear with fiber fill, made button eyes and stitched his nose with button thread.  I love bears and stuffed animals.

Secondly, Please visit my good friend Sherry at  http://countrywingsinphoenix.blogspot.com/ for a loving Christian visit!  Sherry is one of the most self-less persons that I know.  Forgetting her own problems, she reaches out to everyone and is so gracious and full of life and joy!  You will love visiting there.  Today she has featured a gift we sent and we were so flattered!  We made a wooden Intarsia art likeness of her dog, Bruiser.  It was shocking when she put the picture of Bruiser up with our wood likeness underneath as it looked so real!  I hope you will enjoy visiting Sherry and will go back often.

Good Morning Sweet Pea!
Is this not just the sweetest little bear I have ever seen. Gosh you must have a lot of fabrics and wood scraps. Oh my goodness are you ever busy. One thing after another. Busy hands maketh a merry heart for sure.

I am so tickled that my sister came over and said hello. She hates cancer so she will be a big follower Bill. She will be praying also for a miracle. I know they happen every day and you could very well be the next one.

Have a wonderful time at the craft fair. Take lots of pictures. Someone will be taking this little Halloween guy home. He is to sweet to be left behind.

Oh how sweet of you to write such a nice post about me. That wasn't necessary but so lovely. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. You are to kind.

Talk to you soon. I love you both, Sherry
