Isabella the Queen....

OKAY, here is Isabella, the ragdoll cat.  She is the Queen of our house!  She owns the den, too.  It has been hot this summer and this is her enjoying the fan.  She loves to be brushed and loves to have her tummy rubbed like a dog.  She adores my hubby and if he is not there to sit on, his slipper will do or the arm of his chair.  She sheds like crazy so needs to be brushed several times a day.  But she loves grooming, thankfully.  She is approximately 6 to 7 years old as we adopted her from a breeder when she was 3.  Her Mother did not want her near any new babies and would beat her up, so we saved her from child abuse-ha!  She is a loyal companion and has come a long way from when she arrived and hid in corners for days.  You can see that she trusts us now.

Oh Kerrie! I so love Isabella. She is so absolutely beautiful. Her coat is gorgeous. I can see she would be lots of care, but she is worth it. Her personality shines through her in the way she drapes herself on her little perch, and arches herself in front of the fan. I would say she is pretty much the Princess of the house, and loves her Daddy. My Bruiser loves to lay on Tony's (DH) shoes also. Critters are so funny how they connect with us. Thanks for sharing. Tell Ms Isabella she is absolutely beautiful. Country hugs and love, Sherry

What a sweet girl! I love cats there the perfect size to love - just like a baby.

Our Alley loves DH's lap more than mine, but she does love to cuddle!
