THERAPY CAMPING

OUR FIRST CAMPING TRIP: We had a wonderful 2 1/2 days at the KOA in Mount Pleasant, SC. The facility is beautiful as you can see my hubby fishing at sunset. For our first time out with the Starcraft XP, we had every good and bad experience we could - ha! We had rain, sunshine, wind, calm. Inside the camper we had water come up in the shower tub that must not have been emptied at the sales location. But now we know how to empty gray and black water, use the stove, frig, water. There was even cable hook up so we did not miss Dancing with the Stars - ha! My hubby's pain was minimal while camping and the exercise from walking the trails was very good for him. They have a heated pool but we did not bring suits. Next time we will remember. There are many places to camp withing 150 miles or less from where any of you live.
