Tuesday's Visitor on the Lake

This is a Ring-necked Male Duck.  In researching, I found that they winter here.  I had never seen one before.  They have an almost invisible red ring around their neck, blue color on their upper bill and a white stripe across the lower portion.  He was so interesting and welcome!
