By the Light♫♫

♫♫By the Light, of the Silvery Moon.....♫♫
Hubby caught this beautiful July Moon on camera the other night!  I love moon pictures and all the romantic songs about the moon. ( Blue Moon, Blue Moon of Kentucky, Moonlight Serenade, Silvery Moon, moon over Miami, ad infinitum!)

The other night we had good thunder and lightening storms with welcome rains.  I went outside in the wind and took pictures as the storm rolled in.  The sky was so beautiful!

Just loved all the different cloud studies in this picture.  And the silver lining on the clouds.

And after the rain, the flowers look so beautiful.  This is a Marigold in a planter on the back deck.  I just love how hubby is able to get all this detail with his micro setting on the camera.  Mine does not have that feature.

And after the storm the sky is clear once again.  This is the same night that Hubby took the Moon picture above.

Getting ready for our trip, suitcases down from the attic-ha!  I am getting very psyched!  Hubby is, too!  Praying for a good trip.  Thanks for visiting and do come back soon.  Visit our other blogs, links in sidebar. Have a lovely week ahead!

"Matt 6:6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you."  My Grandma Rachael said, God can hear you in your closet just as well as when you are in church.  I love that as it is comforting....

ROSES IN THE RAIN

More Summer Rain and Roses in the Rain!  The sun is back out now but we just had a lovely deluge for about 30 minutes!  Love the rain!  Everything is so beautiful and fresh.  The frog in the lily pond liked it too-ha!

Frogella is near the Black hose with her big buggy eyes.
Here is a little book plate I made for you to copy.

I love bookplates and book marks!  I loved this little figure that I copied and elaborated on from an iron-on book that I have.  And then I colored him with brown, black and blue pencil.

Hubby has been having some rough Multiple Myeloma days and nights so I have not been posting.  But he is better today and we are hoping better each day after having these spells of excessive pain and discomfort.  Thanks for all of your prayers and support.
Check out my other blogs for new posts and to see my Kerrie Bear.

Thanks for stopping by and do come again soon!
