He seems to kn...I could ask my 7-year-old grandson. He seems to know all the butterflies and has quite an affinity with them. He grabs them gently by the legs as they fly by, communicates with them, then lets them go. I have never seen anything like that, nor has anyone else we know. He does not touch their wings or hurt them in any way, but catches them ever so gently with his thumb and forefinger.
